Yes — most of our collection is available to buy online with UK delivery, and every piece can also be seen in person at our Glasgow boutique. Some one-of-a-kind furniture pieces are available for in-store viewing and reservation; if you'd like to reserve a piece or ask about a specific item, please visit us or get in touch.

Yes, we can hold items for a limited time. Please contact us directly via email or phone to arrange a reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. Orders are not accepted until dispatched

Yes. We deliver across the UK and to the EU. UK delivery £5, free on orders over £100. EU delivery is £14.99. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for some larger items.

We deliver across the UK and to the EU. We do not currently deliver outside the UK and the EU.

Larger items are delivered by our courier service. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery within the UK.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to return items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Contact us at info@bisousbisous.shop to arrange a return.

Yes, furniture can be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend inspecting items upon delivery.

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Bisous Bisous is located at 20 St Andrews Street, Glasgow G1 5PD, in the historic Trongate area. We're walking distance from Queen Street and Central Railway Stations.

Thursday & Friday: 12:30–5:30pm, Saturday: 11am–4pm. We're closed Sunday–Wednesday. Appointments available outside these hours.
