Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period has expired. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless they are faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof that you have sent them back). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)
• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return costs.
