Ethnicraft N701 Footstool in Tan Leather

A low, square footstool in tan aniline leather that pairs with the N701 seating range and works just as well on its own as extra seating or a rest for tired feet.

This Ethnicraft piece, designed by Jacques Deneef, is covered in Old Saddle aniline leather. The hide keeps its natural grain, soft creases and tonal variation, so each surface reads slightly differently in the light. Deep channel tufting runs across the top in a neat grid, giving the cushion a quilted, sunk-in feel while the sides stay smooth and softly rounded at the corners.

At 70 cm square and 43 cm high it sits at a comfortable lounge height beside a sofa or armchair. The warm tan tone sits easily with timber, dark metal and textured rugs, as seen with the matching N701 sofa modules. Use it as a footrest, a casual seat, or a low surface for a tray when guests arrive.

Aniline leather develops character with use. Natural markings are part of the material rather than flaws. Lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
