Necla Cushion, Celtic Pattern, 40 x 40 cm

This square cushion brings a one-off stretch of vintage Turkish rug pattern to a sofa, chair or bed, complete with padding included.

The Necla cushion is a reclaimed Turkish rug cover, handcrafted from authentic vintage rug cloth in a dense woven weave. Horizontal bands of deep red, charcoal, sand, orange and soft green frame a central field of diamond and star motifs, with bright pink accents and small cross-like marks the owner names Celtic pattern. At 40 cm by 40 cm it sits as a full scatter size, substantial enough to read clearly against plain linen or a pale chair.

Each piece differs slightly in colour and wear because the cloth is cut from real vintage rugs. The face shows the ridged texture of traditional flatweave, with hand-worked edges. Use it alone on a wooden armchair or stacked with quieter neutrals so the reds and pinks stay the focus. Padding is sold with the cushion.
