Rebecca McCormack-Haigh Green Geometric Lampshade

A large geometric lampshade brings a bold graphic pattern into a room without a full redesign. Screen-printed by Rebecca McCormack-Haigh, this drum shade pairs deep green with the natural beige of re-used cotton in a dense arrangement of stripes, chevrons, checks and stepped forms.

The fabric is hand printed in Glasgow at Print Clan, then finished in the artist’s studio. Contrasting tones keep the design sharp and readable from across a living room or bedroom, while the cotton surface softens the light once the shade is lit. It sits well on a simple ceramic or wooden base and works beside plain walls, mid-century furniture or other graphic textiles.
